The Myers Briggs Type Indicator® is one of the most widely used profiling tools in Australian workplaces. The MBTI® framework can be used to facilitate understanding and behavioural changes that in turn leads to improved workplace relationships, as well as improved effectiveness and efficiency within the workplace. The MBTI® is a registered psychological instrument that helps people and teams, to identify their strengths and unique gifts, as well as develop an understanding of themselves, their reactions and an appreciation everyone’s unique differences.
After more than 60 years of research and development, the MBTI®
is the most widely used instrument in the world for
understanding normal personality differences. More than 2
million Indicators are administered annually. It is used
extensively in the At Learning Partnerships we use qualified and experienced MBTI® facilitators to work with businesses to improve personal and work effectiveness through understanding and applying the MBTI® framework.
