Or consider a Diploma in Business Administration and develop advanced skills in office management, executive administrative support and specialist skills including complex document management and management information systems
Certificate III Courses
If you are looking to start your career in business and to develop essential business and employability skills you can not go past a Certificate III in Business or Business Administration.
At the end of the course, you will have developed essential skills in business including; customer service, meetings, team work, research, presentations, Microsoft Office and Finance. You can refine your skills further by selecting the path that best suits you and your career goals from Tourism, Administration, Finance or Medical Reception.

Certificate II Courses
This program has been designed for school students in years 10 to 12 to help them prepare for work and develop essential employability skills and confidence to stand out and thrive in the workplace.
At the end of the program and on completing all the required activities, participants will obtain a Nationally recognised FSK20113 Certificate II in Skills for Work and Vocational Pathways.
This Qualification meets the Literacy and Numeracy requirements of the QCE and provides 4 QCE points.
